Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Epilepsy Queensland Ltd (ABN 420 252 699 61) of 411 Vulture Street, Woolloongabba QLD 4102 ("Epilepsy Queensland").
2. Purpose
This raffle is conducted to raise funds to support Epilepsy Queensland's education, support, advocacy and community awareness programs for people impacted by epilepsy.
3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
- By purchasing a raffle ticket, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Employees, Board Directors, raffle organisers and immediate family members involved in administering the raffle are not eligible to enter or win.
4. Raffle Period
The raffle opens upon publication and closes at 7am on Thursday July 9th, 2026.
Entries received after the close date and time will not be eligible for the draw.
5. How to Enter
- Tickets must be purchased via the Givvee fundraising platform.
- Each ticket purchased constitutes one entry into the raffle.
- Multiple entries are permitted.
- Entry is only valid once payment has been successfully processed through Givvee.
6. Prize Details
The total prize pool is valued at approximately $1,750.
Prize 1 – Approximate Value $1,250
- Wally Lewis' final State of Origin replica jersey, personally signed by Wally Lewis and professionally framed.
Prize 2 – Approximate Value $500
- Official limited-edition leather Dally M football signed by Wally Lewis.
Prize values are estimates only and are provided for regulatory and reporting purposes.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7. Prize Draw
- The raffle draw will be conducted electronically from all eligible entries received.
- Winners will be selected at random.
- Winners will be notified by text by 9:30am on Thursday 9 July 2026.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, Epilepsy Queensland reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8. Prize Collection
Prizes must be collected from:
Epilepsy Queensland
411 Vulture Street, Woolloongabba QLD 4102
- Epilepsy Queensland will not arrange or fund freight, postage, insurance or delivery of prizes.
- Winners may be requested to provide photo identification before collecting their prize.
9. Premium Ticket Holder Bonus Draws
Premium ticket holders attending The Wallys State of Origin Experience may also be eligible for additional prize draws conducted at the pre-game function.
These prizes:
- are separate from the main raffle;
- will be drawn on the night;
- must be collected at Last Man Standing unless otherwise advised.
10. Privacy
Privacy Notice
Epilepsy Queensland collects your personal information to administer this raffle, contact winners, maintain fundraising records and keep you informed about our work, events and fundraising activities.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information collected through the Givvee platform is also subject to Givvee's privacy and collection practices, available through the Givvee platform.
You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from Epilepsy Queensland at any time.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Epilepsy Queensland accepts no responsibility for:
- lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries;
- technical interruptions affecting ticket purchases;
- circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect the conduct of the raffle;
- any tax implications associated with winning a prize.
12. General
- Epilepsy Queensland reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Epilepsy Queensland reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the raffle if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The decision of Epilepsy Queensland is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
