Southern Downs Regional Trip - June

Epilepsy Queensland will be making our way to the Southern Downs region in Queensland this June to deliver one ‘Understanding Epilepsy and Administration of Midazolam’ training session, and one Community Connection event in each town.

The epilepsy training sessions will provide a deeper understanding of epilepsy, seizure recognition and management, seizure first aid and how to administer emergency medication Midazolam. There is a cost involved for these training sessions, but for those with epilepsy and their immediate family, these sessions are FREE.

The Community Connection events are open to anyone with a connection to epilepsy, whether that be families, carers, support workers, employers, allied health professionals or other providers. These events are FREE and light refreshments will be available.
