Epilepsy Queensland (EQ) has adopted principles and procedures to comply with all applicable Federal and State privacy legislation, including:

This statement, EQ’s Privacy Policy, and Privacy Breach Procedure, together with the Epilepsy Foundation Data Breach Response Plan (under Epilepsy Smart Australia), inform EQ’s principles and procedures for managing personal information. They also provide individuals with information on why EQ is collecting their personal information, what information is collected, how it will be stored, used and disclosed. EQ’s Privacy Policy provides detailed information on how we collect, store, use, and disclose personal information.
