To reflect this, we have made changes to our organisations’ membership structure. It is FREE to become a member, now referred to as a Community Supporter.
Become a Community Supporter
A Community Supporter will be connected to Epilepsy Queensland, people living with epilepsy, their families and those in the wider epilepsy community.
As a Community Supporter you can:
Access all support services
Be part of a community that understands
Be informed on critical developments in epilepsy services, treatments, and research
Receive the monthly Flame e-newsletter and occasionally, additional information relevant to you and your family.
Play a role in evidence-based policy development and systemic advocacy
Participate in research to improve epilepsy outcomes
Contribute by identifying needs, and co-design of systems and services.
Share personal stories to support systematic advocacy
Join our Lived Experience or Health Professionals Reference Groups
Receive invitations to events
Fundraise, donate or Join our Heroes of Hope regular giving program, to support us financially.

We believe financial circumstances should never be a barrier to receiving support. Your membership status has ZERO impact on the services you receive.
If you wish to contribute financially to our organisation, we encourage you to join our Heroes of Hope regular giving program for as little as $5 per month.
