Our QMS is a framework for customer-focused quality management based on the principles for leadership, the workforce, processes, improvement, operational consistency, evidence-based decision and stakeholder relationship.
It includes a robust framework of policies, procedures and processes to support our activities and mechanisms for regular internal monitoring of the effectiveness of the systems to empower quality outcomes for our customers.
In meeting the requirements of the Human Services Quality Standards and the NDIS Practice Standards our QMS enables us to achieve and maintain a high level of quality, flexibility and relevant service delivery to our customers.

- use of the QMS as a tool in achieving best practice outcomes across the organisation
- continuous improvement and customer outcomes as a result of accessing our services
- compliance with relevant Commonwealth and State Legislative, Regulatory and Statutory requirements
